My stay was a mix of positives and negatives. The hotel offers a modern design with minimum soundproof conditions, a nice view of Dhahran mall, and a bathtub in the rooms, which was a great feature. However, the service needs improvement, especially in terms of customer support during check-out. The location is convenient, close to malls and everything one might need, but the dining experience was lacking in variety.
